Linens and Tabletop Décor We offer floor-length white damask tablecloths as our elegant standard along with a variety of napkin colors. We are happy to provide you with a list of preferred vendors for rented linens, tables and chairs, should you prefer.
Flowers We will be pleased to provide our preferred floral designers or your are able to work with the florist of your choice.
Hair and Makeup Design To help you look your best on the big day, we recommend contacting one of our suggested stylists who can work on-site at the hotel if you wish to ensure your ease and convenience.
Catering & Alcohol We have full catering and bartending capabilities on site, and are more than prepared to show you and your guests how hospitable we can be.

How are the Wedding events usually timed?
Our standard reception packages offer five hours of event time. We offer extra time for decoration, as well as an additional half hour if you choose to have your ceremony on-site.
We have a number of out-of-town guests that will need overnight accommodations. What do you recommend?
The Centennial Catering & Conference Center is adjacently attached to the beautiful Homewood Suites by Hilton Center Valley. You will be able to work with our Rooms Sales Manager to set up a discounted group room block to assist guests with their overnight accommodations.
Do you have a Breakfast or Brunch packages available for the day after the Wedding?
Absolutely! We have different packages available for your guests to gather the morning after your special event to reminisce the highlights from your amazing wedding.
How much advance time should I plan to rent a space for Wedding in Centennial Event Center?
As soon as you have a date in mind, you should contact us to ensure the date you’re looking for is available. We book quickly!
What if I have my ceremony onsite?
If you choose to have you ceremony on site, we add an additional 30 minutes of time.
Will we have a designated person who will help us to plan our event in your venue?
Yes, our Catering Sales Team will help you with planning every detail of your special today, helping to create memories that will last a lifetime.
Do you have Audio/Visual equipment on-site for Weddings and Events or would we need to invite a third party vendor?
We have state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment available on site including screen, projector, microphone sound system, and lighting. You will have to provide your own DJ for your special day.
What if it rains?
Our staff will work with you to create a back up plan! We typically separate out a section of the ballroom to serve as a ceremony space. Remember, rain on your wedding day is good luck!
Can we add a special dish to the menu for our event?
Absolutely! Our head chef can assist in creating a memorable signature dish for your event.
