From the check in process to assisting with bringing items in for our event the staff was kind and professional. Any questions we had they answered promptly. The entire hotel staff was friendly and warm toward me as well as my guests... Olivia the event coordinator was amazing. She was so helpful and encouraging throughout the process. The entire front desk staff was so friendly and genuine. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay as well as the kindness a.d attentiveness of the banquet staff. We will definitely be hosting another event there in the near future... Our expectations were met far above what we could have desired.
